Three Nights of Halloween

I just realized that I put all this pictures up in the wrong order and I'm too lazy to fix it so....

 This was Halloween party #2 at our friends Betsy and Steve. We knew that their little boy was dressing up as a doctor so I had to put her in the "Nurse in Training" scrubs my mother-in-law gave her. Still a bit big.

 This girl was down to business playing with all the new toys. She had literally crawled out of her pants.

 Halloween party #3 was at our friend Liz and Jared's house. We put Opal back into her original Halloween costume which was a chicken.....or a duck....we never really knew.

 Opal sat her little bum right down where Charlie was drawing and started eating the pencils....of course.

 Halloween party #1 was thrown by our ward. It was pretty cute seeing all the little kids in their costumes.

 Our costumes are always so last minute. I was a piggy and Jon was a farmer. 

 Jon and the young men of the ward were in charge of doing some games in one of the rooms. The sectioned of a corner of the room and blew up a bunch of balloons. Then they threw a bunch of candy on the ground under the balloons. The game was that you had 30 seconds to grab as much candy as you could. The older kid that went before Opal came out with nothing. We put O in as kind of a joke and because we knew she would like the balloons.......

of course after 15 seconds we pulled her out and she had candy in each little paw.

Opal and I had the opportunity to hang out with Lucy while Lisa was in the hospital in labor. Lucy is so cute to O. She is always giving her hugs and bringing her toys. I peeked over the couch and Lucy was hugging and kissing Opal. Such cute pals.

O went through a week where she was doing this. She would stand up and then slowly end up in the splits. Kinda hilarious, but mostly sad because then she gets stuck.

It's so fun having the Bellisarios live in the apartment below us. Lucy and Opal love playing together.....in their diapers of course.

Opal loves playing with wooden blocks, rings, boards....I think she's kind of obsessed. (I think she looks just like Jon as a bay here.)

Preisthood Session

While they guys were out doing their thing, I joined Kristine and Jana at the park down the street.

The kids loved running around....well Lily and Ben did. Opal enjoyed blobbing it on the blanket with me.

My little beach buddy

 This girl LOVES eating the sand.

The last couple of weeks were so nice. Rischel and I went to the beach a couple of days in a row.  Once to China Beach and then to Ocean Beach. Mmmmmm love sunny weather.

This is her favorite place to play......

You can always find this girl under the counter. I have no idea why she likes it under there so much.

My fang babe

 This little caterpillar got her fangs in before her two front teeth.....sorta creepy, but perfect for Halloween.

 This week her front two started coming in, so she doesn't look quit as freaky anymore.

Santa Monica

 The only time I can get Opal to kind of snuggle with me is when she is in the ergo.........or asleep. How does one teach a child to be more snugly?

 Max tolerated Opal's ear pulling for about one minute before her attempted to head butt her off the elephant.

 So then we moved to the truck toy thingie.....which gave them each a bit more space.
