good job Diana-keep it up. You have inspired me! I went for a bike-ride today up Provo Canyon. Did you know there is a fire at the top of Bridal Veil falls? They are dousing it with water that helicopters pick up from the Provo river.
Also ran into Jerry Yazzie and Maria yesterday. He bikes about 15-20 miles a day and watches his diet because he has diabetes. He is slim!
